Barbara F. Davis, coming to Port Orange from the rich farm
lands of New Jersey, began a career in real estate with Watson
Realty in 1977. Living in the Port Orange area, her early years
in real estate saw the small community blossom into a large
very desirable and upscale area. Her move to Ormond Beach gave
her a first hand knowledge of a slightly different market.
